The Pay

  • Guaranteed Pay starting day 1
  • $1,404.91 Avg. weekly pay
  • Company Driver CPM - $0.43 to $0.54, based on experience
  • Extra Pay for detention, drops, lumpers, layovers, and holidays
  • Bonuses for fuel efficiency, clean inspections, and driver referrals

The Qualifications

  • Have a current Class A CDL
  • 6-11 months of OTR experience required
  • At least 23 years old
  • Meet DOT requirements
  • No DUI or DWI for the past 5 years or more than 1 in a lifetime
